Abstract
The purpose of this study is aimed at preparation for basic materials for efficient clinical practice guide through the study for stress factors and stress coping method experienced during clinical practice of Nursing students.
The Subjects for this study by questionaire are the Nursing students in kwang ju City from April. 6 to June. 13, 1992.
The results are obtained as follows
1. Stress experience factors per field during clinical practice by nursing students was high in the order of field Nursing role(3.18), environment(2.86), personal relations(2.42).
2. Stress degree of each field accompanied by general characteristic of the subjects was as follows;
(1) Stress degree per field accompanied by grade was viewed by Significant difference in the field of Nursing role (P<0.05)
(2) Stress degree per field accompanied by Motive for majoring in Nursing was Viewed by Significant difference in the field of Nursing role(P<0.05)
(3) Stress degree per field accompanied by Satisfactory degree in majoring in Nursing was Viewed by Significant difference in the field of Environment (P<0.005), Personal relations (P<0.05), Nursing role(P<0.001).
3. problem-oriented. methods was higher than affective-oriented Coping methods in the degree of use at the stress Comping methods.
4. There was Significant relationship between the stress and stress Coping method (r=.2227, P<.001).
